A regular cardio/weight training routine

As far as drinks are concerned, it would be best resist the temptation altogether. But if you have to drink, don’t go beyond the third peg and then switch over to non alcoholic beverages. In order to avoid feeling inebriated, drink as many glasses of water as you can. This will help in clearing out the alcohol from your system before it enters your bloodstream because if it does, then it will make you incapable of performing in the bedroom.
 
Supplements for Strength
Our regular diet, though it gives the body all the usual nutrients it needs, is often unable to provide it with certain powerful supplemental nutrition elements, which can only be had in the form of pills. There are certain supplements that you should consider in order to keep your penis in perfect working condition. Two pills of Omega -3 fatty-acid supplements, measuring at least 400 milligrams of EPA and 300 milligrams of DHA, should be taken as an insurance policy on your penis and heart health. In addition to this, you should also take antioxidants like L-arginine (3 grams) and pycnogenol (80 mg) which protect your endothelium and assist in the production and use of nitric acid.
