• 5 wedges lime

Preparation
In shaker, muddle 4 lime wedges and sugar. Add Rum, lime juice, and ice. Shake vigorously. Strain contents into a chilled glass and garnish with lime wedge. |

Coconut Colada |

Ingredients
• 1.25 oz. Coconut Rum
• 1 oz. milk
• 5 oz. pineapple juice
• 1 spear pineapple
Preparation
Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with one cup of crushed ice. Shake well for 10-15 seconds. Pour into a pina colada glass, garnish with a pineapple spear, and serve.

Cool o’ the Evening |
|
Ingredients
• 1 sprig mint
• 2 ounces white rum
• 1/4 ounce lemon juice
• 1/2 teaspoon superfine sugar
Preparation
Lightly crush the sprig of mint in the shaker, and then shake the rum, lemon juice, and superfine sugar with cracked ice until heavy frost forms on the shaker and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Cuba Libre |
|
Ingredients
• 2 ounces white rum
• 1 lime(s)
• Coca-Cola
Preparation
Squeeze a lime into a Collins glass, add 2 or 3 ice cubes, and pour in the rum. Drop in one of the spent lime shells and fill with cold Coca-Cola. Stir briefly.

• 1 1/2 ounces white rum
• 1/2 ounce orange curacao
• 3/4 ounce French vermouth
• 1 dash grenadine
Preparation
Stir ingredients well with cracked ice, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass. It should pour a delightfully clear, deep orange color. Garnish with a twist of orange peel. |

Green Swizzle |
|
Ingredients
• 3 ounces white rum
• 1 teaspoon green creme de menthe
• 3/4 ounce lime juice
• 1 teaspoon superfine sugar
• 3 dashes Angostura bitters
• Spring of mint
Preparation
Shake the ingredients briefly with cracked ice, then strain into a Collins glass 3/4 full of shaved or finely crushed ice and swizzle. Then slip in that sprig of mint and serve it chilled. |

Harpo’s Special |

Ingredients
• 2 ounces white rum
• 1/2 ounce lime juice
• 1/2 teaspoon superfine sugar
• 1 dash Angostura bitters
Preparation
Shake all the ingredients well with cracked ice: strain into a chilled cocktail glass. You can also use Cointreau instead of curaçao. |
