Ingredients
• 1 1/2 ounces rye whisky
• 3/4 ounce French vermouth
• 3/4 ounce pineapple juice
Preparation
Stir the whiskey, vermouth, and pineapple juice (be sure to use unsweetened) well with cracked ice, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

• 1.5 ounces Whiskey
• 3 ounces tomato juice
• 2 dashes hot sauce
• 1 dash salt
• 1 dash pepper
• 1 wedge lime
• 1 stick celery
Preparation
Put whiskey, tomato juice, and hot sauce to a highball glass with ice. Add celery stick, salt, and pepper to taste and garnish with lime wedge. |

Pour all the ingredients into an Irish tea cup. Stir well and serve. |

• 1 ounce ruby port
• 1/2 ounce French vermouth
• 2 dashes orange bitters
Preparation
Stir well with cracked ice, and then strain into a chilled cocktail glass; it should pour a luminous garnet red. |

Ingredients
• 1 1/2 ounces rye whisky
• 1 small orange juice
• 1 teaspoon dark rum
Preparation
Pour the rye, the juice, and the rum in a large Old-Fashioned glass. Add 2-3 ice cubes and mix. Stir and serve chilled! |

Ingredients
• 1 1/2 ounces bourbon
• 1 ounce creme de cacao
• 1 ounce lemon juice
• 1 dash grenadine
Preparation
Shake well with cracked ice, and then strain into a chilled champagne glass. Alternatively, this one makes a good blender drink. Just add 4 or 5 ice cubes per drink and whir it up. |
