Billionaires Margarita |

Ingredients
• 5 oz. crushed ice
• 1 oz. Tequila
• .5 oz. of orange Cognac
• 2 oz. freshly squeezed lime juice
• 1 wedge lime
Preparation
Combine ingredients with ice in a shaker. Shake 20-30 times then strain into chilled margarita glass. Garnish with lime wheel. |

Chalino Special |

Ingredients
• 3 ounces white tequila
• 1/2 tablespoon creme de cassis
• 1/2 ounce lemon juice
• 1/2 ounce lime juice
• 1/2 tablespoon simple syrup
Preparation
Shake well with cracked ice, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a twist of lemon peel.

Ingredients
• 2 ounces tequila
• 1/2 ounce lime juice
• pinch of salt
• grapefruit soda
Preparation
Combine the tequila (reposado, preferably), lime juice, and salt in a tall glass. Add ice, top off with grapefruit soda, and stir.

• 1 1/2 ounces tequila
• 3 ounces orange juice
• 1 teaspoon grenadine
Preparation
Shake well with cracked ice, and then strain into a large, chilled cocktail glass. Pour in the grenadine and stir gently until you get the sunrise effect!
