Atomic Cocktail |

Ingredients
• 1 1/2 ounces vodka
• 1 1/2 ounces brandy
• 1 teaspoon sherry
• 1 1/2 ounces Brut champagne
Preparation
Stir the vodka, brandy and sherry well with cracked ice, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass and add 1 1/2 to 2 ounces cold brut champagne. It’s at its best when served chilled! |

Bloody Mary |
|
Ingredients
• 2 ounces vodka
• 4 ounces tomato juice
• 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
• 1 splash Worcestershire sauce
• 3 to 4 dashes Tabasco
• 1 teaspoon horseradish
Preparation
Squeeze the liquid out of the horseradish, then shake ingredients well with cracked ice in a chilled cocktail shaker, then strain into a Collins glass with 2 or 3 ice cubes in it; add a pinch of salt and a grind or two of fresh pepper, to taste. Garnish, if necessary, with a stalk of celery. |

Cape Codder |
|
Ingredients
• 2 ounces vodka
• 2 or 3 ounces cranberry juice cocktail
• 1/2 ounce lime juice
• club soda
Preparation
Pour vodka into a Collins glass; add cranberry juice cocktail, the juice of half a lime and a couple of ice cubes. Top off with club soda or seltzer. Garnish with a slice of lime and/or a sprig of mint.

Ingredients
• 2 ounces vodka
• 1 ounce Cointreau
• 1 ounce cranberry juice
• 1 ounce Rose's lime juice
Preparation
Shake all the ingredients well with cracked ice in a jar, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass. |

• 1 ounce Benedictine
• 1 dash Angostura bitters
Preparation
Stir the ingredients well with cracked ice, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Use Russian vodka for best results.

• 1 teaspoon Cointreau
• 1 teaspoon apricot liqueur

Preparation
Shake the bitters and all the ingredients well with cracked ice, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass. |

Moscow Mule |

Ingredients
• 1/2 ounce lime juice
• 2 ounces vodka
• 4 to 6 ounces ginger beer
Preparation
Squeeze lime juice into a Collins glass and drop in the spent shell. Add 2 or 3 ice cubes and then pour in the vodka and fill with cold ginger beer. Serve with a stirring rod. |

|
Ingredients
• 1 ounce vodka
• 1 1/2 ounces lemon sorbet
• 2 ounces finely crushed ice
Preparation
Blend vodka, lemon sorbet, and ice for 20 seconds on high. Serve in a champagne flute. |

Vesper |

Ingredients
• 3 ounces London dry gin
• 1 ounce vodka
• 1/2 ounce blonde Lillet
Preparation
Stir the gin and vodka and lillet well with cracked ice, then strain into a large champagne goblet and garnish with lime peel. |

White Russian |

Ingredients
• 1 1/2 ounces vodka
• 3/4 ounce Kahlua
• 3/4 ounce heavy cream
Preparation
Shake well with cracked ice, and then strain into a chilled Old-Fashioned glass. Some bartenders even build this one on the rocks, floating the cream on top! |
